Vegan Cooking Classes

Cooking classes are tailored exclusively for new vegans or the vegan curious. A typical session includes a brief discussion, recipes for complete meal (entree, side, green veggie and dessert) and a meal to go. Limited to 4 students.  Investment: $40/single, $75/double


Partial refund available up to 1 week before class.    


Fall Schedule: Choose between the 1st & 3rd Thursdays, 6:30pm-9:00pm (exceptions are noted)

Location: Cooking lab in a quaint private residence a mile from Greenbelt, MD.

Oct 12th:  Layered UP: Autumn Lasagna (butternut squash, cashew ricotta, kale, caramelized onions, mushroom and sage), Garlicky Sautéed Rabes, Olive Oil dipping sauce w/bread & Autumn Spice Apple Parfait w/ Candied Pecans    


Oct 19th:  Down Home Comfort: Savory Meat-less loaf (lentil, walnut, oat base), Lemony green beans, Cauli-Potato Mash w/ Mushroom Gravy & Pumpkin Spice Pound Cake
